Reasons for choosing this master module

The central theme of the course is understanding the value of creation. The long-term survival of a firm depends on its ability to create value to its stakeholders. This applies to new firms or innovative organizations as well as to existing ones. Value creation is not just about creativity, but about having the strategic approach to introduce new ideas, products or services to the marketplace. The aim of the course is to connect the acquired and necessary academic knowledge to the management practices of innovation. Through exercises and presentations, the theoretical framework is linked to everyday situations.
